Returns

At Pink Dust, our main goal is the satisfaction and happiness of our customers. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please e-mail sales@pinkdustcosmetics.com and let us know the items you wish to return or exchange. Unfortunately Pink Dust is not responsible for return shipping labels. Please include your order number with your return or exchange. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
At Pink Dust we will always replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, send us an email at sales@pinkdustcosmetics.com. As far as color matching with foundation products, we understand it is hard to tell what is the best color for you off of a screen. With that being said, if your foundation does not match we are happy to exchange your foundation for a different color on the first occasion. Unfortunately we are only able to do this once so let us help! E mail us at info@pinkdustcosmetics.com and let us know what product you need to exchange and what would be better for your skin tone. Pictures always help:)

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
