Do I have to pay for shipping to send my items back?
We do charge a flat rate of $5.95 for a return label.
I already mailed my return. How long before my refund/exchange is processed?
Please allow up tp 7-14 business days after receiving your refund confirmation email for the amount to post to your original method of payment or for your exchange to be shipped.
I’ve tried on my products. Can I still return/exchange them?
Yes! Your return will be inspected, and if it is in acceptable condition, we will honor your refund/exchange request. If not, we will contact you before sending your product back at no extra cost to you.
I received an email that said my package was delivered but it never arrived. What should I do?
Please email us within one week of receiving your delivery confirmation email so we can help! If we do not hear from you within one week, unfortunately, we are unable to assist with a replacement.
What if I want to use my own shipping method to send my items back?
No problem. You are more than welcome to ship your products back on your own. Please include your order number. We just can not gaurantee your refund if your package is lost of stolen on the way.
