Returns and Exchanges
At Pink Dust, our main goal is the satisfaction and happiness of our customers. You may return or exchange your product within 30 days or purchasing. Please notify us within 1 week if your package is missing or has not arrived.
To start a return, please download, complete and print the form below and include it in your return package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If the return is accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
We will always replace items that are defective or damaged. We understand that color matching for foundation is challenging when shopping online. If your foundation does not match, we are happy to exchange your foundation for a different color on the first occasion. Unfortunately, we are only able to do this once, so let us help! E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you’re having trouble color matching your skin tone. If you can include a photo, we’ll be happy to help you find the right color.
