Returns and Exchanges

At Pink Dust, we want you to completely fall in love with everything you purchase! However, we understand sometimes it’s not a perfect fit so we’re happy to assist with a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To get the process started, please click the button below:


Please note: our electronic return and exchange system will not allow late returns or exchanges outside our timeframe. You must begin this process within 30 days of purchase, NOT 30 days from receipt of your package.


The colors I picked don’t complement my skin tone. Can you help me exchange for a better shade?

Absolutely! Please send a barefaced selfie in natural lighting to so we can assist with a color match!

Do I have to pay for shipping to send my items back?

Nope! Please follow the link above, or contact us at so we can assist with a prepaid return label for your package.
Products mailed without a prepaid label and/or without proof of postage are subject to USPS loss/damage, and cannot be replaced if mishandled/misdelivered.

I already mailed my return. How long before my refund/exchange is processed?

Be sure to take note of the USPS tracking number associated with your return package so you can follow it on its journey back to us. Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arriving at our facility. You’ll receive a confirmation email when this happens, which may be filtered to junk or promotional folders.

Refunds - Please allow up to eight business days after receiving your refund confirmation email for the amount to post to your original method of payment.

Exchanges - up to 10 business days for your exchange to be delivered. You can use the new USPS tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to follow your exchange on its journey!

I’ve tried on my products. Can I still return/exchange them?

Yes! Your return will be inspected, and if it is in acceptable condition, we will honor your refund/exchange request. If not, we will contact you before sending your product back at no extra cost to you.

I received an email that said my package was delivered but it never arrived. What should I do?

Please email us within one week of receiving your delivery confirmation email so we can help! If we do not hear from you within one week, unfortunately, we are unable to assist with a replacement.

What if I want to use my own shipping method to send my items back?

We prefer if you let us provide a prepaid label so we can track your return along with you! However, if you choose your own option, you must obtain a tracking number from your chosen courier, and you will not be reimbursed for the shipping costs you incur. Should your return package go missing, we will be unable to process your return or exchange without proof of tracking.
