Returns
Our main goal is the satisfaction and happiness of our customers. All returns must take place within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging in which you received it.
To start a return, please download, complete and print the form below and include it in your return package.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If the return is accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
We will always replace items that are defective or damaged. We understand that color matching for foundation is challenging when shopping online. If your foundation does not match, we are happy to exchange your foundation for a different color on the first occasion. Unfortunately, we are only able to do this once, so let us help! E-mail us at info@pinkdustcosmetics.com and let us know that you’re having trouble color matching your skin tone. If you can include a photo, we’ll be happy to help you find the right color.
